Job Description
The HT Group is seeking a Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant for our nonprofit client in Beaumont.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, articulate, and able to manage changing priorities with minimal direction. Executive-level administrative experience is preferred.
Employment Type : Full-time, Temporary (4 Weeks, with potential for Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate)
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate : $25 / hour (DOE)
Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and office staff.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and Google Forms.
• Draft professional correspondence and formal emails.
• Follow up with vendors, sponsors, and community contacts.
• Assist with projects and special assignments.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements
• Executive-level administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent phone skills, grammar, and communication.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Highly organized, motivated, and self-directed.
• Able to shift priorities quickly and work independently.
• Professional, articulate, and detail-oriented.
