QA Analyst

Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst with 6+ years of software testing experience to join our team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, with particular expertise in Playwright automation and API testing.

The consultant must be comfortable working onsite and participating in an in-person interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
• Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks and test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform API testing to validate functionality, reliability, performance, and data integrity.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA team members.
• Participate in test planning, test estimation, and overall QA strategy.
• Maintain automation scripts and continuously improve test coverage and reliability.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and defects to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional QA/testing experience.
• Strong experience with both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
• Strong experience in API testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Familiarity with Git and source-control practices.
• Experience testing web-based applications and REST APIs.
