The Office Coordinator manages front-desk operations, oversees day-to-day office coordination, and supports site-wide communications while providing comprehensive administrative and HR support. This role welcomes visitors, handles calls and mail, maintains office supplies and meeting spaces, coordinates office equipment and service agreements, organizes culture and engagement events, and processes expenses. In addition, the Office Coordinator assists with HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement activities, record maintenance, recruitment coordination, and the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
ResponsibilitiesEmployees benefit from a supportive and professional environment that values organization, collaboration, and initiative. The role offers holiday pay, health and dental insurance, and paid time off, supporting both financial security and work-life balance. Team members have opportunities to contribute to culture-building activities, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives, helping shape a positive workplace experience. The environment encourages growth in administrative, HR, and office coordination skills while providing stable, structured processes and clear expectations.
Work EnvironmentThe position is primarily based in a standard office setting and requires frequent use of a computer, phone, and typical office equipment. The role involves the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, walk moderate distances within the facility, lift or carry items typically in the 20–40 lb range, and perform repetitive tasks such as typing, filing, and handling mail. The work requires an above-average degree of attention, with ongoing interruptions that may occur throughout the day, but generally involves minimal mental stress when tasks are managed effectively. While most duties occur in the office, the role may occasionally require entry to the production floor and other ESD/FOD-sensitive areas, where there may be brief exposure to dust, lubricants, solvents, metals or solder, higher noise levels from operating machinery, and typical physical hazards associated with moving equipment and machine parts. In these areas, designated personal protective equipment and electrostatic dissipative protection must be worn as required. Outside of those specific areas, office or business casual attire consistent with site safety expectations is appropriate.
