Requirements
5 years or more of experience in clinical informatics, EHR workflows, clinical documentation, and healthcare data management.
Proficiency in HL7, FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, CPT, RxNorm, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Experience with HEDIS, eCQMs, dQM, NCQA Data Aggregator Validation (DAV), and Primary Source Validation (PSV).
Experience in clinical data analysis, validation, quality improvement, accuracy assessment, and completeness controls.
Experience with health information exchange platforms, healthcare IT environments, SAS analytics tools, and clinical-to-technical requirements translation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as the clinical informatics SME supporting healthcare data, interoperability, and clinical solution initiatives.
Guide clinical resource interpretation and validation activities supporting quality measurement programs.
Support DAV and PSV processes, including certification documentation, clinical validation, and program deliverables.
Help implement digital quality measurement solutions and align clinical data with applicable measurement specifications.
Partner with clinical and technical teams to identify data issues and improve clinical data accuracy, completeness, and usability.
Provide clinical input for product design, enhancements, functional testing, and technical validation.
